Hello,
in Spain there’s quite some good people doing math outreach.
I would recommend the following names:

Marta Macho (check her on Facebook and twitter) she does a lot in Divulgamat http://www.divulgamat.net
Raúl Ibañez, check his math section in the TV show Orbita Laika, for example: http://www.rtve.es/alacarta/videos/orbita-laika/orbita-laika-mates-matematicas-supermercado/2891564/
Clara Grima has a famous blog and does a lot on internet: http://mati.naukas.com
Fernando Blasco does a lot on math and magic, also sites books on this: http://www.fblasco.com
I myself do math talks and videos, the latest is a Youtube channel for math popularization in spanish: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH-Z8ya93m7_RD02WsCSZYA

Best regards,
Eduardo

This project is focused on the mathematics behind for example communication and energy networks. Leiden University, the University of Amsterdam, Eindhoven University of Technology and the Center for Mathematics and Computer Science in the Netherlands are involved. Good examples of initiatives of mathematics communication and education are very much welcome! Recommendations and tips are well appreciated. Thank you in advance.
